Introducing the first annual San Benito County Family Wellbeing Festival! Join us at Veterans Memorial Hall for an evening entitled, "Empowering Families:Thriving in Your Community." This event is all about coming together to support one another and build a healthier community in mind and body. The evening will start with a free dinner while families hear from experts in a multitude of wellbeing categories and watch performances based around a theme of mental health and wellness. Then you will have the option to choose between mindfulness workshops, stress management workshops or family friendly wellness activities, there's something for everyone.
