Introducing the first annual San Benito County Family Wellbeing Festival! Join us at Veterans Memorial Hall for an evening entitled, "Empowering Families:Thriving in Your Community." This event is all about coming together to support one another and build a healthier community in mind and body. The evening will start with a free dinner while families hear from experts in a multitude of wellbeing categories and watch performances based around a theme of mental health and wellness. Then you will have the option to choose between mindfulness workshops, stress management workshops or family friendly wellness activities, there's something for everyone. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with local support agencies, gather resources and improve your family's wellbeing.
